- He has 11 years of IT experience, which began in 2007 when he began selling hardware and ended in 2010 when he left that company, with the rest of his career spent primarily on the window side doing help desk and initially studying for Windows migration projects. Eventually he got a migration project, got into XXX, and then XXX. that were about six months apart. Then he went to work for Bank of XXX on a migration project.There was a Windows XP to Windows 7 migration project. That was the first time he really got his hands on migration, and he continued his education in the meantime. Last year he got the top degree.
2. He is an expert in migration, helpdesk, troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking, and because of his English skills, he usually works at the regional office more than the local office.
3. In his previous jobs, he worked for a several It companies around 5 years. Doing customer support, hotline support, replying to emails, and some VIP. It's like desktop support, and then there was a little bit of transition from a local line to a virtual line. Eventually, for two to three years he worked as a the help desk. And then eventually, the last two years, he migrated to SharePoint before realizing he was better at Excel.So he learned a lot of skills on Excel, learned how to do reporting, create a dashboard for the forecast of the inventory, etc.
