- He was working in XXX, as Communication System Engineer. The reason why he leaves the company is because, he will be working in the same company in Australia and his working visa in Australia was denied, and his position in XXX Hong Kong is not available that is why he was forced to leave the company.
- His main duty in XXX was to support over 2,000 end users in Asia. Providing Level 2-3 support. He was in charge in Printer Server Monitoring and Retail shop Music System monitorization. His common issue that he was supporting in XXX was granting access to the end user and he was using Active Directory for this. He was also in charge in supporting some communication tools/software like Outlook, Skype Microsoft Teams and SharePoint).
- In XXX he was using JIRA for their ticketing system in they also used it in XXX for project checking. He is also familiar with cloud technology especially Microsoft Azure since this is the cloud tech that he normally used when he was in XXX.
- His strongest asset is his communication skills he even rates 4 out 5 because, he builds good relationship with his colleague, and because of that he can easily resolve their issue since he can gather enough information to solve the problems. Aside from this he was supporting higher management employee in XXX, so even his boss was in Australia they are calling him to resolve the issue because as per his boss the team in Australia cannot help his boss’ concerns.
