He is a fresh graduate and currently working as a computer technician and working there for part time position only, he just graduated this year and looking for a full-time role. In his current job, he is responsible or handling all of the computer inside the Public Library and has some experience as well in the networking tasks which he handle the firewalls, system setting, and checking of the network devices if it’s all working properly. He also said that he has customer service experience and handle computer hardware and do maintenance as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he has a strong skill and good knowledge in computer hardware and likes to build up computer. He has a good understanding in Cybersecurity and firewalls since that is his specialization way back in the university but clarifies that it’s just for the concept such as for the TCP and IP related protocols.
