1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His previous job is with Quality engineering at XXX Pacific, he was leading a team of 5 automation engineer and basically working with the rest of the entities in XXX to help them strategized the automation and to help them implement as well. He also worked on 2 different teams and his most recent project as a QA is he worked directly with the lead engineer to establish the tools and the frameworks that they need to use for the testing and includes integration testing and UAT. Aside from that he helps the team for the continuous pipeline without using the internal server and decide to use the AWS containers to reduce the cause. After performing the said process, he helps in training the onboarding members joining the team.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is good in Selenium and any Junit is fine with him and he’s also using python a lot lately. With 7-9 years of experience using Selenium and 1-2 years in JMeter. Rate himself 4 out of 5 in Selenium and 2 for JMeter.  They use selenium for browser testing and use it for the UI simulation. If the user flow is clean and isolated, consistency would be there. Otherwise, the test consistency would degrade if the steps increased. For JMeter, they use it to simulate the numbers of concurrency you want to do. For example, stress testing on logging in to the system.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   With more than 10 years of experience in software testing, he also has a background in Python and writing test cases and plans. He has an experience in using SQL but not an expert for that, but a simple queries and intermediate queries would be fine for him. He also rates himself 3 out of 5 in his skills in SQL. Have a minimal exposure in system and efficiency testing.
