Interview Assessment Notes

1. She is currently connected with XXX as an account manager. She is involved in Pre-sales and marketing proposal for resources for digital and social media marketing. Aside from that she is also involved in Post sales servicing in APAC region. In XXX, she managed the digital marketing which involved SEO – studies the different keywords used for the backend and frontend of the web page to make it more searchable. She also has SEM experience and use Google Ads for promotion. She also built up a social media retainer line for the company. In XXX, she managed the e-commerce online platform. She was also in charge of event marketing as well, overseeing the production and operations of events.
2. In v, she reports to the GM and stake holders. She makes sure that she understands the business requirements and helps the different department to market their products.
3. She works well with her team. She is cooperative and she loves to collaborate with them.
4. In XXX, she worked with clients such as big brands including XXX, XXX, and XXX and helped them with their content creation.
5. She also oversaw traditional ad campaigns including transportation ads, newspaper ads and billboard Ads. The billboard advertising line and creative design were done in-house instead of with other creative agencies. For her experience with third-party agency was mainly at XXX, where she had to cooperate with other vendors for various event campaigns.
