He is currently working in a Fintech company and which the HQ is based in UK but have a southeast Asia office which is located in HK. He have a CRM product and in the company, they have a total of 8 products and all the products are dedicated to one product owner and he is one of the product owner and direct it to the COO. He is responsible for planning for the features and products vision about the CRM which is the internal portal for the sales and marketing. For the sales team and the marketing team, they acquire the leads for the new customers and converting those into an actual customers and record all the activities. They also collect the requirements from the different departments.

He said that his strongest skills is with the product management field because he have finished the certifications for the product owner and scrum master. He also have over 3 years of product management skills together with his sales and marketing business sense.
