1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Spent his career as an IT Sales and has been in that area for about 8 years. Then founded and created an application XXXX. After that, he went back to sales again with XXXX as a Sales Manager. Later on after his career break, he landed a job at XXXX as an IT Product Manager where he do business strategies into product strategies and build products from scratch together with the business owners. Then, his last role was with XXXX as CRM Product Owner where he collaborated with different business owners to define product vision and work closely with the engineering team to develop features. After XXXX, he joined XXXX for few months as a Manager but due to some internal issues, they had to lay off employees including him. He has mixed background in sales and product management for his whole career.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management; how to organize features of the project. Also strong with his collaboration skills and is able to launch features from scratch. He is also exposed in using the KYC process for their projects. Rates himself a 4/5 in doing sales and 4-5/5 in project management.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience in product management. Expert in product management especially during his time with XXXX, but he mentions he is not mainly focusing on consumer but on operation side. Can demonstrate PRDs, proficient with Jira, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Experienced with UCAAS/Web and Mobile SW Application.
