She have 11 years of customer service experience and have been working in the airline industry for 5 years. She change industries and currently working as a customer care team lead in the payment solution company and rapidly growing company which manages two teams for Korean and Japanese teams.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She said that she is strong in initiating and managing project and have manage 4 projects even though she is just starting which she believed a lot. She loves managing the project and love seeing the changes based on the process and liked to see the detail in the process which they can develop and improve as well. She thinks that her project management skill is the best and the second one is her QA skills.
