- She was working in XXX as Customer Operations & Transformation Director handling Asia Pacific region. She was in charge in digital transformation: Initiate, lead & manage strategic transformation projects including CRM & ERP system migration (Oracle), Knowledge Base, RPA, Chatbot, mobile applications, eProcurement & global phone infrastructure implementations in the regions to streamline & standardize workflows, increase efficiencies, gain quantitative & qualitative return on investments e.g., 15% FTEs reductions in Japan.
- She does not have direct experience in KYC, but she has an experience with same process as KYC for protection of their clients.
