- He is currently working in XXX as Senior Customer Service Officer. His primary duty is to answer calls, email concerns of their customers regarding membership program, and he also do some marketing materials in CRM. He is a quick learner he can easily understand and used new system or software, because currently he’s self-studying, programming language which is Python.
- He is strong in Customer Service he rates himself 5 out 5 since he’s been doing Customer Service for almost 7 years. So, one of the difficult situation he had was when the irate customer and wants to speak with the upper management but he will make sure to handle the situation professionally by being calm down and understand the concerns and explain everything that they need.
- He is familiar in Zendesk he even rates himself 4 out 5 on this because he usually uses it to support customer inquiries and complaints. In Cloud platform he is familiar with Azure since he is using it for personal but not in his current job.
- He usually supports hardware and software concerns of his clients thru phone and email, and sometime in physical. He also has some knowledge in Active Directory since it was included in his CapTIA A+ certification.
