Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently residing in Hong Kong and living there for more than 20 years now. He have 10 years working experience in customer service specialist in different environments like call center, front desk, as well as the online customer service like live chats and answering to the emails. During his last work, he have worked in an international operations department which is for the cargo and working in the New York branch but base din HK. All of their customers are banks and bank to bank communication and handle the international transactions like payments etc. He said that they are handling thousands of transactions and use their bank as the middle party. In case the banks didn’t received the payment so they will be the one who calling and solve that issue and contact the sender and receiver banks.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strong skill is his communication because he said that he is the person who has no problem talking to customers and like to pay attention to the details and the concerns they want to address and note down everything so he could solve it in detail.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With customer service experience for more than 10 years now and with good communication skills. He is also okay working for 37.5 hours a week and willing to work on weekends or holidays. He is also okay for the shift since it’s just the same with his previous job.
