- Currently she is working in XXX. as Merchant onboarding specialist. She’s handling all the merchant that is onboarding or that will be using their service the payment method. She led online and offline merchant onboarding and API integration process, troubleshoot and resolve gateway integration errors across e-platforms including but not limited to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento etc. In XXX she also doing the KYC to their new user.
- He loves to communicate with other people and wants to do account management role since she is good at maintaining good relationship with the existing clients and handling their inquiries as she has an experience as customer support. In XXX and in XXX.
- In XXX she constructed meaningful and down-to-earth strategies to facilitate team performance, for example, assign different job tasks to teammates individually after looking at the data points.
