1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is essentially working on an engagement platform since 2020 and she worked for the first person for the product, they have 4000 all over the world in 75 countries. She has been working in the AI industry as well as in eCommerce, UX and education technology.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Skills wise she has done a lot of sales roles and does customer facing and outbound and inbound sales and customer acquisition and works with a team in South America as well. She is also good in doing partnership with different clients. They work with Indian and UAE companies as well. She works with the internal team as well to see the progress and provide feedback and create campaign for customer acquisition.
3. She took on general business development role and does the customer retention and she also work on acquisition side, and she also works on different clients. She speaks Cantonese, mandarin, English and Spanish.
4. the company started from zero to a lot of clients and her previous experience she has also worked for Sales/Business development and does the demos and meetings for the client and worked for an IT company in UK and takes business trips for different regions.
5. Her AI experience has been mostly client-facing in the SaaS industry from presales and user acquisition to activation, onboarding, and support, customer retention/gaining clients and customers back. Her current company is an API-web based consumer and sales management company that focuses on Shopfiy and helps business in empowering their business using AI
