- Currently he is working in XXX, as Customer Support Specialist. He is in charge in HK office and solution centre. He provides training to their HK users, and they have 200 users in HK and Macau. He provided tier 1 and tier 2 support for their IT infrastructure relates issue, server support and some VPN connections support.
- Last year his biggest achievement is that he resolves 2,000 tickets and all for them gave a very satisfactory grade. He is also engaged in implementing corporate projects for global team and he leads a China team project names custom care where they are getting the feedback from their customers regarding IT service related.
- He does the daily monitoring in HK office; he also creates some IT documents for company IT compliance and meeting the China’s KPI and some audited documents and soft documents.
- His strongest skills are his communication skills because he can communicate well with their end users so that he can resolve their issues and his familiarity with the Microsoft environment gives him the advantage to formulate a resolution in a certain issue. Because he always does support the windows and every day, he is touching the servers.
- He has also experience in supporting Apple devices because many of their users are using Apple device and his common issue that he is resolving is about the policy and user’s email, and lost access to the certain documents that usually they have an access too.
