At XXX he was a Data Science Engineer Intern where he dealt with image data scanned via copier and to align them. The goal was to eventually scan the images, align the papers and transform them to another format, making models.

He worked with the Front-End team in projects using Vue3 JS, Tailwind UI, Vite. He also worked with the Data Science Team in Image Segmentation Tasks using UNET, OpenCV, labelme.

At XXX Lab as a Research Assistant he worked on document automation models. The goal of this was to find out sick leave references and medication details etc. convert those to structured clinical details so it can automatically generate certain documents. He also did upgrades on an API model in Docker.

Here he built Front-End & Middleware using React for AI models running on Docker.

Created API Wrappers for AI models & deployed them using Docker. He used Python in the Back-End mostly for training models. He also has some experience using C++

He used Spacy & Stanza NLP to extract information (such as medication, dosage, follow up date, sick leave date) from unstructured clinical text and automate the process of issuing sick leaves, currently in the Pilot Programme.
