1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as an Assistant Planning Executive where he is mostly responsible for the business process and data management. Most of the data of the company is in Excel since they are very traditional and they are translating the old data to an MSS form, also need to design the data structure and make all the data consistent. Before that, he was a Project Manager for XXXX and a Data Analyst as well where he handled the market data and provided daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Before this, was with XXXX as a Data Analyst as well and started off as a Data Analysis Supervisor with XXXX.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his self-learning skills since he is very willing to learn new technologies and applied it in his works. He is also good with programming and working with colleagues, loves to communicate with them and work smoothly with them and the company. Good with VBA and also SQL which he uses for data graphing and analysis. Has experience as well with PowerBI.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 15 years of experience working in the data engineering/data analysis side. Good with Python and Java, for databases he is good with MSSQL and MySQL. Familiar with building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases. Has experience with Microsoft Azure as well.
