1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 8+ years of experience in data engineering and his main stack is Python. His main job is to maintain the data ETL pipeline as a Backend Developer & Data Scientist at XXXX & XXXX. He is also managing a small team, check their roadmaps, and ensure their projects are on time. Before this, he was a Model Developer & Data Scientist for the same company where he developed a fully automated credit scoring and review system to improve their loan approval efficiency and user experience. He started off as a Quantitative Analyst in this same company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his problem-solving skills since he is facing different problems every day and believes that problem-solving skill is an important thing to have in this industry. Also strong with data engineering, loves this work and finds it very interesting. Rates himself a 4-5 out of 5 when it comes to data engineering.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 8 years of experience when it comes to data engineering, strong with Python as well. Also has experienced building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases. Familiar with SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis; has experienced them in his current company. Also good with using both Azure and GCP, mostly exposed to GCP in his current job.
