1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working with XXXX Limited as a Software Engineer where they are developing training systems which specialize in low latency for their internal users. He mainly uses C++ and Python for data analysis/automation, also using some Java to write most of their legacy systems. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Software Engineer as well where he is also working on some training systems and some training strategy.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be C++ especially low latency system development. He has experience building a system before with about microsecond level only and he is keen in automating systems at very extreme level to get the highest performance from them.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 3+ years of experience in software engineering and trading systems. Good with basic statistics and mathematics, also strong with Python, Panda, C++, has experience with Linux-scripting using Shell. He is also familiar with Linux systems and has great familiarity with the financial market.
