1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he worked as a Visual Basic Developer for XXXX and XXXX. After that, he did his Masters and then started his career in leading a team with XXXX as a Java Technical Lead where he is in charge of technical design, architecture, and such. He also worked for XXXX as a Development Lead and IT Consultant. Later on, joined XXXX as a Database Administrator and Team Lead for .Net Developers. After a year here, he joined XXXX and was with for almost 8 years; he started off as a Database Administrator/Team Lead and was later on promoted to Big Data Consultant where they did lots of number crunching, use lots of ETL tools, Informatica, Vertica, Hadoop, etc. He then worked for XXXX as a Data Engineer where he did lots of number crunching as well for little companies and used Hadoop, Vertica, MySQL, AWS, and he’s responsible for their pipeline using Java and responsible for issues regarding Hadoop as well. His last role was with XXXX as a Sr Consultant – Solution Architect where he helped and guided the team regarding best practices and also was involved in some projects as a Technical Lead.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on databases; he considers it as his forte and strong point. He is also good with problem-solution analysis since he has been doing these for almost all of his roles. He’s also starting to improve his design skills and would like to have a management role. In terms of his technical skills, one of his strength is Oracle for database; Java and Python for programming languages; and Azure and AWS for cloud technologies.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has roughly 10+ years of experience in the data engineering and data-related stuff. He is good with Python, Java, and also has worked with different cloud platform such as AWS and Azure. Databases are his strength, he has used SQL, Oracle, and others. Proficient with building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases.
