The 1st purpose was to raise the usage of coupons, 2nd to acquire clients is to call back the already clients and she is responsible for the data modeling and data analysis part, collect the data from the database, do the feature engineering, analysis, evaluate the model and then generate the names for the business side clients and then they reach for the clients, 30% of clients were call backed, the coupon usage was 70%, the result was the best in that year, they used ML in the business for the 1st salary
