1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working as a Data Scientist with XXXX where he is responsible for leading the data team including 1 data engineer and 1 data analyst; they also have some outsourced contractors of 6-7 people which he is also leading. They have their internal data analytics platform which they built over the last two years and also working as a data engineering/data scientist where they are building data model, physical and logical, implementing it, and ensuring the pipelines are working fine, etc. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Data Scientist and XXXX for the same position as Data Scientist.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the individual contributor side, with quant fund that is hands on coding including strategies, back testing, managing data, building ETL pipelines, in general a mixture of data engineering and data science.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 7+ years of experience when it comes to data engineering and is strong with Python, PySpark, Matlab, data science predictive modelling, deep learning, and linear regression, logistic regression, random forest tress, and such. Also, for databases, he is proficient with SQL. Good with building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases.
