1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduating, he has been working with XXXX as a Data Scientist where he helps conduct some quantitative research on their trading strategy. He basically uses Python to do back testing engine to help them evaluate their statistical arbitrage strategy. Also builds some tools for them to monitor their daily performance such as dashboards using Python and other technologies. He also had an opportunity to work as a trader wherein they do trading for more or less 24 hours a day and he trained the Australian market for that.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be quantitative and data analysis skills in general. He graduated Physics so he has a highly mathematical skills from it, also did research in their university which exposed him to many different types of data and data analysis.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience as a data scientist and strong with Python, also knows of C++. He is also currently helping maintain their database and had to build automated data pipelines for his current company. For databases, he is most familiar with SQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, and Redis. Also knows of Google Cloud Platform and has experience in it.
