1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry. For his first two years, he worked as a System Developer/Analyst for different companies such as Telecom and HK Government. The different tech stack he is using is Python and Java. He started off working with XXXX as a Project Leader/Solution Architect where he built the IT infrastructure for the HK Housing Authority using IBM technologies/products. After that, moved to XXXX as a Senior Systems Development Manager and Architect where he has built the workflow systems and control systems for them; he also was involved with their data warehouse. Then worked for XXXX as the Head of IT where he setup their data engineering platforms and developed robust AWS, GCP, and Azure. Switched then to XXXX as a Lead Architect and Platform Director for Welab Bank. He then moved to UK last 2022 and has worked since then with XXXX as a Senior Solutions Architect and last role was a Lead Data Engineer for XXXX where he designed and implemented data pipelines for a Hotel Platform.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be recently in the cloud technologies especially using AWS, GCP, and Azure since he has used these for different projects mainly with application development and data pipeline setup. He is also proficient with Python, Java, PySpark, and migrate data from MongoDB to Snowflake using AWS and Azure technologies. Confident to work with data-related roles and companies.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been building data warehouse and pipelines since 2003, so for about 20+ years now. He’s good with using different products as well such as IBM, Oracle, and good with using Python and Java. He’s more experienced dealing with data governance and align with corporate standards. In terms of data-related skillset, he’s proficient with migrating data from one platform to another; also good with developing applications and neutralize the data in terms of the requirements. Good with Tableau, PowerBI, and JavaScript to neutralize data in the databases or in the warehouse. Has experience working with machine learning engineers in the past and have worked with lots of teammates in developing machine learning models.
