1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Quantitative Developer at XXXX where his job is divided into three parts: develop trading strategies with the traders and PM then apply the model into financial, he is also developing the training system and the third part will be maintaining the data pipeline and share the data feed to the whole coin trading pipeline. Before this, he was a Quant Developer Intern for several different companies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python and C++ since he has been using these two since high school, college, and now professionally for around 5-6 years now. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 2+ years of professional experience as a Quantitative Developer. Strong with Python, C++, Java, and has also used JavaScript before during his time with XXXX. Good with building automated data pipelines and familiar with databases as well since they have been in touch with different ones. For cloud platform, he’s most familiar with AWS.
