1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been working with XXXX for 9-10 years now and started off as a Data Analyst where he has worked with different business lines, helping them build some processes, and when they started they are in ADW platforms but now they are into EDP platforms now. He has lots of experience in building data pipelines from business sources. Recently he was moved to the data engineering side but tasks are still pretty similar to what he has been doing but a bit more technical; developing, ensuring data integrating security, networking, and building CI/CD pipelines. He is more of a data analyst and has his hands on data engineering realm as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his good communication skills in terms of translating requirements and understands the clients/customers want for their needs. He is mostly acting as a bridge between business lines and different departments. Right now, he’s also technically good with building data pipelines and have been doing data migration from one source to another. Also involved with data migration, data mapping, building data pipelines and consultation as well with data-related questions.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 10 years now working in the data engineering side. Mostly works with Python and SQL Server for database, recently transitioning to MySQL. Strongest with building automated data pipelines and complex mapping across databases. Also uses Azure currently and even AliCloud.
