1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started off doing research then transitioned to IT sector and primary focus is on data engineering. She started off in small scale; designing database structure and maximize the data flow, optimize the performance and later on moved into data warehousing and did some performance tuning for analytic systems, optimizing query data flow, ETL processes, and now into IoT systems. Her current role is a data architect with XXXX where she restructures their data flow to allow machine ML ops and for big data analytics. Before this, she was a System Analyst/Analyst Programmer for two different companies; XXXX and XXXX. And also was a full-stack developer before these roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her ability to identify the key pain points in data flow, how data works, how to represent data in a meaningful way, and how data should be structured. Also do some project management to ensure that the way they implement architecture is more efficient and effective in terms of road map. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both data engineering and project management in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management since she started her career in the IT sector for about 5-10 years already. Also has worked for CLP projects before so has experience and exposure with the company; they did a monitoring system for their training certification. Also did some project for a system that tracks their engineering faults and reporting system. Knowledgeable with cloud services and current company is using AWS so she has a diverse knowledge on it. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in terms of her knowledge and skills about cloud services. Has implemented and deployed SAAS before for XXXX and current company, XXXX. The latest one they implemented was Snowflake which is a big data platform that mostly focuses on the genetics and the management of the company; it’s a cloud-based solution as well.
