1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has overall 10 years of experience in the IT industry and his major role is related to ETL, data engineering and data analyst. He is good in using the ETL process to pipeline the data and create or build dashboards and also have used Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, ETL, and Azure and AWS. He has worked for the retail, insurance, and aviation industry. His last role was with XXXX as a Solution Lead where he worked as the Data Engineering and Analytics Lead and he is involved in requirements gathering, solution design, and assigning/managing tasks with vendors, and presentation of deliverables to management. His daily responsibilities are to work closely with the management and the business, he is interacting daily with the procurement and finance team to understand their business requirement.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be data analysis and also building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud or any reporting tool. He is also proficient with ETL processes since he has worked on lots of it and is quite good in understanding the business and the underlying tables.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 10 years of experience in data engineering and is currently taking up his Master’s in Data Science. Good with Python and C++, has experience with building automated data pipelines and process of ETL as well. And he is good with databases since this is part of his master’s, proficient with SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB. Have some personal experience and knowledge in cloud services such as Azure.
