1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently a Senior Data Engineer for XXXX, a supply chain startup, where he’s leading a small team of three junior data engineers and mainly handling everything around the data hub including designing, architecture, infrastructure, setting up all data access, defining the ingestion and processing pipelines. At the same time, he’s operating the team to support their data science and AI projects. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Data Lead where he built an entire data architecture from scratch. He was also a Data Analyst for XXXX and XXXX where he started his career in the data industry.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his good technical skills even though he did not originally came from a technical background. Most of the time, he’s talking to stakeholders and teammates that makes him well-versed with communicating as well. Another strong skill that he can consider is that he actually has spent lots of time in multiple industry such as telecom, software development, crypto company, and now supply chain. He’s a quick learner, not just on the technical side, but also in terms of domain and how things work.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 6+ years of experience working in the data engineering industry. Strong with Python, does code review with JavaScript, and has touched Java few years ago. For the databases, he is good with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB. Great hands on experience with AWS and Azure for professional work and GCP for his personal projects.
