Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working now for almost 11 years now and has been in touched of different technologies such as Big Data Technologies, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and on the cloud platform side, AWS and Azure. Currently working as a Lead Data Engineer for XXXX where he is responsible for data analysis, data modelling, data cleaning, and data solutioning as well. He has the same role before in India with the same company as well. Before that, was a Data Engineer for XXXX where he was responsible for data analysis to study structured and unstructured data patterns. He started off with XXXX as a Data Engineer where he handled multiple projects and has mostly used Big Data Applications.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be SQL since this is the bread and butter for him as a data engineer. This includes writing extensive SQL queries in Spark SQL or SQL Server. He is also good with Spark using DataBricks, started with Java as well so he’s proficient with it. Currently working with .Net technologies as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience when it comes to the data engineering side. Strong with Java and Python, knowledgeable of databases including MySQL, SparkSQL, and SQL Server. He is also proficient in building automated data pipelines and mapping across databases. Good with both AWS and Azure, did personal learning on GCP as well but no hands-on experience yet.
