1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Deskside Support Engineer responsible for on-site support of the end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobiles, printers, etc. from software installation to hardware fix. He mainly supports windows and Office 365 and occasionally with iPhone, iPad, and some other business applications. With the ticketing system, he handles all the instances, requests tickets, and makes sure that he solved the issues with the SLA.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in end-user support and rates himself 5 out of 5. He has 15 years of experience in using Microsoft technologies. He has solid experience in Office 365 where he provides support for Office 365 with his current company. He has basic knowledge of Sharepoint, Azure platform and InfoPath as an end-user however he has no prior experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Flow, Forms, and Lists. He can speak fluent English and is a Cantonese native speaker and knows a little Mandarin.
