1.He's currently working for XXX. It is a financial company in the XXX, and other countries. Right now he is helping them with a project, which is supposed to end this month. What he is doing for them is basically building a machine with their windows 10. They have different kinds of builds, like Trader, banking, build developer, building the basic build. So he assigns a number of machines to workstations in each department, ensuring that all departments and users have a sufficient number of machines. After building them a machine he needed to schedule with the users. They have a trading for the users over there are really bus. His working hours are till six, but he needed to schedule all the deployments and etc.
2.He is expert and has a wide experience in troubleshoot, customer services, IT issues including, network hardware, software and etc.
3.He is into desktop support. He assists users and the main aspects of this. Aside from desktop support, he is responsible for deployment, reclaiming, and supporting office users. He is also handling schedules for restocking machines or to and from HP, contacting the vendors and everything.
4.In his previous company, he worked for XXX. Their work there is somehow similar to his current, but they had three sites across Hong Kong. He had to support three multiple sites, which had more than 120 users. And there were only two people, it’s him and the other colleague that he had in that office to handle all the users. That included everything, like handling all sorts of IT-related issues for the XXX sites.
