Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is an Irish and been in Hong Kong for roughly around seven years now. Most of his stay in Hong Kong he spent working with XXX and started off as an IT consultant and was placed with XXX , particularly with their deposits team in the retail and wealth management team. He said that he was mainly in charge of augmenting or building new reports for the end of day reporting system for both interbank and intra bank. During his stay in XXX , he get quite a lot of exposure and also being able to explain something technical to someone which he did for about two years but he thinks that he didn't get to do much since they are only focusing on the java development, so he suggest to his senior to create a role or a function that can help build out these more customized and more tailored trainings for our clients and then after that he became a product owner. As a product owner, he is responsible for the from the recruitment side where we try and look for candidates through to the training side where they actually build up programs, build up exercises and assessments to measure the candidates understanding of the material as well as the sales side where they actually go out to clients and try and understand what their needs were, what their capabilities were and how they could bridge that gap. He also did that for 2 years and ended up leaving the company last December and actively looking for a job now.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good skill when it comes to using different programming languages like Java and TypeScript. He is also good with Python and with experience in Docker. He mentioned as well that he does not have a solid experience with it but familiar and can use those related tools.
