He has done a project in XXXX, as senior analyst programmer, he led the team to develop an application for customers to join the membership, have virtual money and can exchange it to buy some products. The UI can cater both computer and touch screen mode and user experience, it is using ASP.Net and the API internal user. They needed to wait for the XXXX customers to be subscribed and to make sure that there are no bugs.

He has also done another project which is an ERP system. It is called the AML system, he is the analyst and team lead. He handled the large banking project and needed to handle many private customers, the system has specific requirements to handle and work with team members. He needed to allocate the person, estimate, project management and time scheduling.
