1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a data engineer for a finance department, report to accountants and managing the automation of finance processing, reporting and various in-House Python based automation programming

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in web development and also data processing. He has been able to take in all sorts of data from the enterprise system, SAP enterprise system from UK and transform the data into all sorts of different reports using the web interface. He is able to use modern frameworks to deploy quite quickly and to have a lot of effects and reporting on metrics and dashboards. He has been primarily working in Python in data engineering and in website front end, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, also know a lot about PHP, but haven't been using for the last three 3-4 years because of transition to Python, AWS and some system administration (shell scripting, etc.). Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Python and JavaScript. He also has hands-on experience in Full Stack development such as implementing the features and setting up different levels of administration and change the theme
   A project he has done is presenting the balance sheet report to upper management as a reporting tool. He took the existing Excel data, transform it to a database format, load it back up in the website and it allowed him to create lots of reporting functions doing graphing on it, and performing movement calculations, they were able to quickly recalculate the rounding and the number of digits of significance
