Interview Assessment Notes 

1. In his current job as MIS analyst is to manage the data in the data warehouse to generate reports or any other BI tools or Python to make the report for high level users, some of the reports maybe for XXXX purpose, the main user is the finance division, Credit Control and risk analytic division. Previously at XXXX, he was a programmer there, some mobile app coded using Python, some mapping tools, the geographical tools sometimes it can be used for marketing like where are the shops located, was a consultant associate in Tectura, provided solution mainly for ERP resource channel, task was to modify and add to MS Dynamics AX, programming languages is X++ which is kind of similar to Java and SQL, also worked on MS SQL developer to view the back-end database system and also did some data migration.

2. He is strongest in software development and specializes in programming languages, SQL and Java. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in SQL and Java, 3 out of 5 in Ruby, Python, and C++, 2 out of 5 in JavaScript, jQuery and Git.

3. He has done a project which was the large customer exposure report to build a report for XXXX requirement and it is report for all the largest customer from 1 to 1K, the exposure including loans, deposits, investment, etc. Another project he has done using Java is a mobile application for HK for the customers to call a taxi anytime and it is for android platform and also available in google play store
