Previously at the XXXX office, they focus on sourcing and the main is textile, they manage 6 offices in Asia from here. They do a benchmarking so he had to gather and design a database for competitor supply and also manage the database and merchandisers will use them. They were dealing with about 500 contexts and a lot of people around 20 merchandisers were involved.

In support, he is working mainly with 4 clients that are in Indonesia, Japan, China and Hong Kong, dealing about 3 to 5 tickets per day. He is the level 1 support from these areas, needs to analyse the client need, manage the expectation of the client and so on. Since he started he has noticed that the incidents have decreased.
