- He also coordinates regarding the Compliance, Dealing, IT, Marketing and Sales team. He also communicates with the top management team’s objectives and strategies to cross-functional teams and the role they play in achieving them. He also worked with 2 performance Manager. He also assists in developing, managing, and monitoring the P&L’s. He also helps in preparing annual budget, financial plans, and staffing needs to assure continued growth and profitability
