1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as an active freelancer for XXXX where they work with big banks like XXXX, XXXX, and such and assist them in advisory with their IT policy. Also did some strategic advisory consulting for property managements in HK, US, and UK. Previously he was the head of digital transformation for XXXX. Before that, has also worked for XXXX and XXXX as a consultant. Way back on the early years of his career, he started as a Java Programmer then ended up in Business Intelligence, then transferred to being Project Manager then after that, started doing Finance sector. Last 2014, ventured in the Senior Consultant roles, then 2018 onwards, went to the Associate Director and similar roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be his five core competencies which are Program/Project/Change Management, Strategic Management Consulting & Planning, Process Re-Engineering, Enterprise & Solution Architect, and Finance and Contract Vendor Management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Dealt with sales for some of his past roles especially during his time in XXXX. Has knowledge in LiDAR Technology and Laser Scanning. Have also knowledge in Mapping and Surveying in Geomatics and has experience adding Geolocation in IoT apps using BDS and GPS. Have worked or cooperated with government clients before. No problem with talking and presenting.
