She is currently working in her company this year and it is a Abu Dhabi based and is a start up eCommerce company and she works with them remotely and the business development part and marketplace vendor part are handled by her. If there is a new vendor that would join the platform she would help them set up the account for the platform and if they have any complaints or issues she would be helping resolve the issues/concerns.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has studied in Dubai in Digital Production and she is very familiar with the UAE market and she is also aware of the internet evolves and knows how to utilize the internet in their work and help promote brands and help it to be more user friendly. On the other hand, she has worked for eCommerce for 5 years since she was in China and she understands the eCommerce trends in China and UAE and not only on the eCommerce side but also in the Business model and worked with European and US brands and she helps understand the full business model and analyse and customize the brand before they enter Chinese market.
- She also communicates with the internal company and she helps them with upgrading the technical systems and find Chinese software company and she was also involved in the whole upgrade process and from the contracts, communication to the whole project deployment. She also helps them look for new vendors and work remotely and she needs to go out to the market to look for new vendors that are willing to have their business online.
4. In her current work, one of her biggest success is that she was able to find clients to build their new system in China and she has the advantage to communicate with Chinese people and look for the software and she works closely with the developers to help analyse of the advantage of the software to compare almost 10 companies to find out the final one. |
