He has been doing Support Operation for many years and in his previous job he was the CTO and head of operations and he manages 3 departments and also the eCommerce and Software development department he manages the data science department as well and focuses on AI and their core product of their company is the AI and go to particular website and do marketing research and opinions from different people.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He also works with the product development team and they work on home security and he also led a team of data scientists and AI developers for marketing insights, product development and process improvement. He was also the head of Business Solutions (Smart Retail) and he helped the company to help transform the company and he made the company from traditional to the most advanced company in the industry right now.
- One of the projects he worked on include facial identification, two-way authentication, recommendation engine, shopping basket analysis, "Know Your Client, KYC" analysis, customer value analysis, lifetime value analysis, next-purchase prediction, etc.
- IT Sales- He has SAAS experience when he was the operation Director for eCommerce company in HK he developed a SAAS platform for one of their customers and he was also managing different departments (logistics, digital marketing etc.) when they built a SAAS platform for their external customers he was responsible for that platform from scratch to IT Development to IT Pre-Sales including the operation. He also developed a gaming AI for SAAS platforms and also payment gateway platforms.
He also helped in the development of fulfilment strategy and distribution centres based on customer geographical analysis on product level to optimize fulfilment, cost reduced by 50% and lead time reduced by 75%. He also helped developed AI- enabled eCommerce model, including revenue and cost drivers, pricing customization and maximization, geographical analysis, customer life- time value analysis and behaviour forecasting, etc. |
