1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working under the EDP consultant and for the XXX company which is the mother company if XXX and XXX. He is working under their security department which they handle all the physical and securities around the globe including all the SS control and the technical systems behind and all the human resources for the global security resources. What they do is to ensure the reputation and the safety of their company staff. His role is to partner with the department heads to look for the improvements of the current operations for the current process that they have etc. he said that he have worked in the previous industry in the supply chain from manufacturing, brand or retail and said that he started as an auditor and do some audits in the ERP systems and familiar with the software or applications from manufacturing, accounting, and different financial ERP systems. After he came back to Hong Kong he started to working in a compliance field in manufacture and also be the leader for the ERP implementation and in that company, he was the one who connects with the vendor and started setting up the implementation project from excel to server health order management system.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He have the ability to operate in different company system or ERP CRM applications. He said that not every system is perfect for their business or company and needs to be compromised and said that he is quite expert on this. He can also work well with different departments like for the IT, business, merchandising, he can be the person who is willing to connect those departments for them to better understand each other.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? 
   He have an experience in AX dynamics for 3 and a half years now and rates his skills for than 4 out of 5. He is also good in coordinating with other people in the company and have with good communicating skills.
