- Has experience in Cisco routers and switches equipment with XXX, it was a contract base project for 6 months where they sell a moving camera. They are designed to move offices and since he was a service engineer and IT Support officer he was exposed to those products. Has CCNA Certification
- With XXX deals with payments in transportation and F&B. As the assistant manager in operations, he assists merchants for their account settings, technical problems and also if there’s a system integrator who wants to integrate the system to their POS then he can assist for modification. In Hong Kong they have around 5- 6 thousand users separated in 6 teams. He was part of the government /school account with 1 thousand users and 40 thousand devices in Hong Kong.
- As for retail experience he was with XXX for 17 years. One role is a regional technical support where he was trained in Japan to technical repairs of the XXX products and after returning to Hong Kong he would contact his colleagues in Philippines, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong and train them it is called Train the Trainer model. Provides prompt advice to subsidiaries and distributors on technical problem encountered. For 5 years he was part of the technical support of XXX Call Centre where they cater hardware and software setting, from trouble in connecting the printer, printing issue and all. Assisting customer remotely as Tier 1 level.
- In XXX, he was in charge in small security camera for regional service he provides training since he have a full picture of repairing for these kinds of camera and he was also in charge in taking good care of service repairing service.
