- He is currently working in XXX, supporting 2,000 users. He is full responsible in the whole IT infrastructure, the active directory security and compliance and the server since the company is not too big, His contract will end on April, 202 but it is renewable.
- He is hands-on since he is a one-man band in their company. He starts from project planning, finding a vendor to do the execution of the plans and for technical implementation of the project paper works he is also in charge on that and the system configuration.
- He is also in charge in doing the annual budget. When he was in XXX, he was responsible in managing IT service on virtual desktop platform (around 30,000 VMs), including incident management, change management, problem management and vendor management (mainly Microsoft and Citrix). He also managing and supporting VDI transformation project (migrate physical desktop to virtual machine / thin client).
- He was also responsible in managing technical team (~20 technical support specialist) in India and China to provide 1st/2nd line support included VIP and end-user support. He managed the IT operation services that cover Windows server / workstation, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop (VDI)/Netscaler, Avanti Appsense, eLux for thin client management, Vmware vSphere in APAC (over 20 countries) when he was the Senior Technical Specialist in XXX.
