- He is currently working in XXX, as Regional Service Delivery Manager in APAC. He managed service delivery in 10 countries with 290 offices, serving over 3000 business users. He leads a team of three specialists with several support groups, to ensure excellent service delivery and services onboarding, within SLA and exceed client’s expectations.
- He’s also responsible for operations of the region and acts as a point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including the client, internal service teams and system vendors. He also participates in contract renewal like what are the limitations of the contract, in terms of changes, how many revisions etc.
- He is in high-level management in terms of IT Infrastructure. Like in Data center offices, what are the routing needed, he is more in a planning side, and collaborate with different teams to execute the plans and he also has an experience managing a team of SME/engineers.
- In XXX, he was the Service Delivery Manager, and he needs to ensure the support team to complete service request and resolve incidents with SLA and required compliance.
