- Most of his exposure was in Finance, Banking and Investment industries. Where he worked as Computer Engineer, mostly of his admin tasks are to setup system and TCP/IP network maintenance with workstation, Net server, Printer, Internet Support Windows NT, Window 2000, Lotus Notes 5 ,Novell, Linux Server Backup SW. MS Software, Windows NT, NAV Administration management. Supporting end users with any troubleshooting for more than 15 years now.
- With XXX ; it is a law firm where he work as a Desktop Support Analysts II. His role is to support end user with workstations and application worksites, video conferencing, MS Office 2012, MS Outlook, Set-up Blackberry, iPhone and IPad migration project. Has a team of 8 people assisting roughly 600 end user.
- With XXX Investment his daily responsibilities includes support end user with workstation and Trade Floor support end user, Net server, Windows NT, Window 2013, Server Backup SW. Reuters, Bloomberg, MS 2013, MS SQL, HTML, Market Data, Reuters, Bloomberg, Moneyline Telerate, Stock, Infocast, ETNetExchange, MS Outlook 2010, Setup iPhone, Blackberry and IPad, Voice CISCO Phone Administration Management. IP Phone. Migration Ms Office 2010 to Ms office 2013for400 user and Relocation Project.
- Has experience with voice Cisco phone and video conferencing with BGC Capital Markets. Assist 100 end users with a team of 4 offices (Hong Kong, Japan, China, and Singapore) around 6 co-managers so they normally assist trading clients face to face in Hong Kong but remotely to other countries. Also he was exposed to Voice Cisco phone with BlackRock Investment as a Deskside Support Engineer (contract) for almost two years as tier 1 level.
- In Trouble shooting hardware and software he rates himself as 4 out 5 as per him this is his strongest skills because on his almost entire career he do it to support Level 1 and Level 2 concerns some of his experience was providing solutions to those end-users that cannot connect to the network, first he will check the cable if it is plug then check the desktop and do the some trouble shooting and testing then now because of the pandemic some of his end-users that he is supporting is working from home so the usual concerns is that they cannot connect the VPN so he is the one who gives support to those end users teaching them and helping them on how to connect to the VPN.
