- He spent his early years in IT industry as IT Technician were dealt with PC and laptop hardware and software repair. Onsite installation of new and existing pc, printer, wireless routers, hubs, and switch which provides network set-up and cable. This also includes installation, upgrade, and repair of software applications.
- He has extensive experience when it comes to helpdesk support. He has experience supporting 200-300 end users for internal network. He is responsible in resolving issue, related to hardware and software. He is doing the support remotely, via phone or sometimes onsite support.
- He has strong exposure in Active Directory as he was the IT deskside. Use it for user account management. Like creating new profiles, control user group policy and he has an access in their Azure as he is responsible for email supporting and in IP phones.
- He also does some server setup but not too extensive. He has some retail support experience like supporting their POS and MDM support for all the Apple MAC devices.
- He previously worked as Data Center Technician in small local company in HK for 2 years. He managed and maintained small data center (roughly around 30 racks) situated in the city side.
- He’s currently doing a freelance and project engineering jobs for small companies.
- Previously working with pure engineering, hardware issue, 2 years working with consulting company, temporary freelance job for the clients, working their as deskside support. 1 year assistant engineer.
