- He was part of the XXX as Regional IT Manager. His main duty was to oversees IT System & Infrastructure and Applications linked with other branch office, such as Hong Kong, Guangzhou of PRC, Bangladesh, and Bangkok. He was also engaged in IT Roadmap, OPEX and CAPEX annual Budget control.
- He was involved in office, Infrastructure and Datacentre relocation. All the IT infrastructure, he manages it and design it from old office to new office. His works divided in 50-50 50% for management and 50% hands-on.
- He handles every IT team in his previous company like 200 staffs is under his management including Technical Support, Infrastructure team, and some other related teams in IT except the software development team.
- He has an experience in enhancing their ERP system from old to new one. He oversaw, reviewed & planned the existing IT Infrastructure, Security Policies, ADS domain controller, HW & SW configuration Management, and he’s been involved in MS domain controller migration.
