- He is currently working in XXX, as Project Manager handling Infrastructure projects. He is very hands-on in terms of technical works and planning and monitoring projects. As they have small team in IT Infrastructure in Hong Kong so, sometimes when their Engineer is busy, he needs to do the supporting for their end-users.
- They have a project for mobile device management, where they need to support Android and IOS user to use their MDM solution. They also supporting iPad, for their ships need to have a device that is connected to ship equipment and their headquarters.
- His main role in their office relocation project is to Setup Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity (for voice mail) and Cisco IP phones to all HK users as well as meeting rooms and open areas. And relocating and setting-up user computers and accessories from old office to new one over a weekend
- In his IT Service Management project he is in charge in implementing IT service management modules (especially for incident management, service request management, inventory management, and CMDB) to global offices using Ivanti Service Management.
- When he was in Nike, he was involved in upgrading network equipment’s, migration of IP Phone from Avaya to Cisco Unified Call Manager and designing and setting up all IT related system in their new Tokyo office.
