- He was the IT Project Manager in XXX and ended his contract last September 2021. He was in charge in implementation of Oracle NetSuite for donor services team. In XXX (International NGO Company), he was the IT Manager, he supported two projects, first project is enhancing Salesforce and payment gateway and the other project is creating BI using Microsoft Power BI and he completed all the projects in two years.
- In XXX (International NGO Company), he is responsible for project management including budget and risk management, recommending solutions to improve productivity, handling resources. He is also responsible for monitoring the development progress and managing the 3rd parties’ vendors. Handling both infrastructure and system development projects, new business acquisition and integration, coordinating vendors, controlling IT budget and resources.
- He is a Problem solver, most of the time he is working in a commercial company, so he always needs to provide solution for the higher management, sometimes he needs to find a bet vendor to provide the solution and his communication skills help him to converse effectively to their vendors, c-level management, and company staff.
- He also has an experience in implementing SAP and ERP system and he also setup and manage ATV IT team and provides IT service to digital in XXX. He also helps them to builds their IT infrastructure for work from home employees and for security.
