- He is currently working in XXX as MIS Manager. He oversees all IT-related concerns including software, hardware and network set up, IP phone and he is also involved in IT budgeting.
- He is strong in communication; he always communicates with a different team. He is in contact with the IT team for their HQ in Dubai for the project rollout. One of his projects is the attendance system with biometrics and FootFall counter in stores. He is also involved in Network revamp to meet the HD requirements.
- Currently he is the Project Manager in the SAP roll out project. He is basically communicating with the users and IT team in Dubai, for the smooth implementation and roll outs of this project.
- He handles one senior manager, and this manager supports 2 hands on engineers. He doesn’t have experience with handling helpdesk team, but his past experience is more on Business Analyst.
